OUR STORY

At Lake Taco, we take our BBQ seriously. The heart of our operation is our 6,000 lb dual-wall insulated smoker, custom-built in 2023 by the award-winning BBQ Pits by Klose of Houston, Texas. We proudly use 100% locally harvested Coventry red oak, which imparts a rich, smoky depth to our meats.

Specializing in tequila and mezcal creations, our bar is a proud focal point of the restaurant. As the 5th and newest addition to an established Rhode Island-based restaurant group, we're here to serve you, our neighbors.

 

From our waterfront patio and bar to our spacious open-concept dining room, there’s a place for everyone at Lake Taco.
